Police Officers Can Be Your Saving Grace

    Police Officer's bleed just like you and me. Police Officer's have families just like you and me. Police Officer's want justice just like you and me. Police Officer's have hopes and dreams just like you and me. Police Officer's fear and worry just like you and me. So what's the difference between them and us? I will tell you they wake up everyday knowing that today might be the last day I get to see my family and them still going out on the front lines ready to make those split sec decision without hesitation.  To help and protect anyone stranger they see in trouble; will even give their life for yours. So why are you being so mean and ugly to them, they could just be your saving grace or your son/daughters saving grace. So take the time today and thank an officer for all that they do and go though an a daily bases.

Police Save Lives

 Google search of the phrase “Police Officer Saves Life” found more than 5,000 examples of stories and news reports of law enforcement heroes saving multiple thousands of lives while on duty, including the lives of thousands of infants, babies and children like in the example above in Sterling Heights. 

    If police departments are defunded and the number of police officers declines significantly, what will happen to the number of people whose lives are saved in the future by police officers?

Common sense suggests that the number of lives saved will decline.

Why is it a Problem

  They Are Just Kids      The lack of education can cause a lot of problems sure you can get by but how good of a life do you truly want and desire.  The  poverty  trap involves the inability to escape  poverty  due to a lack of resources. This can also lead to an intergenerational  poverty   gap, meaning children of those already in the trap are more likely to be at risk as well. Education provides the ability for one to access the knowledge necessary to make a living. You want your kids to have an amazing childhood and let them enjoy themselves because they're kids.
