Stereotypes on Woman
Being a girl in Society can be really hard, period. I personally think men have it so easily made but don't get me wrong they go through similar things. Women make up more than half of the labor force in the United States and earn almost 60 percent of advanced degrees, yet they bring home less pay and fill fewer seats in the C-suite than men, particularly in male-dominated professions like finance and technology. Harmful stereotypes can be both hostile/negative (e.g., women are irrational) or seemingly benign (e.g., women are nurturing). For example, the fact that child care responsibilities often fall exclusively on women is based on the latter stereotype. Do y'all ever think women want to go out and make a difference and be successful in life.
